Metre Squared Interiors was formed in 2004 by our Managing Director Marc Price who for many years prior to this worked as a Freelance Contracts Manager for several other interior fit out companies. He found himself getting more and more despondent with an industry that left him trying to deliver unrealistic promises made by the sales teams of those companies, in order just to close the deal with the client in order to make their commissions.

We’re Different.

Coming from a trade background himself, and having in his own words “Served his time in the Trenches,” Marc really does know about and understands Commercial Office Fit out & Refurbishment. Add to that a great knowledge depth on product and site logistics he can assess and advise on the best and most cost effective way to carry out any project.

The Business has very much been grown by staff and key personnel having similar backgrounds and expertise giving us the wealth of knowledge and experience that we are today.   

Our Design Process

Every project we fully cost in detail to allow for all the works we think will be required to complete it, No broad-brush costs with us, that may or may not include some areas of works. We will not submit a low price in order to win the works only to produce a long list of un accounted additions to contract at the end of the project.

With this company ethos in place of integrity & transparency along with great lines of communication which is key to any successful project. We work closely with you to ensure you are always up to date at each step, leaving you feeling secure in the knowledge that your office interior fit-out project is in professional hands.

Prior Planning & preparation is the key to every successful office fit-out we undertake, to this end we must first accurately interpret your requirements for the layout in order to arrive at the all important finalised Space Plan. We then need to define the overall look and style of your office, this includes your requirements on glass partitioning, general finishes, flooring selections as well as office furniture.

When we have put all of the above in place, we can then provide you with a fully detailed project cost proposal for your approval and once agreed we then put together a clear step by step office fit-out strategy to delivery your project, On time & on Budget.
